When will my gifts arrive?
Each time you place an order for gifts you will be informed as to when you can expect your gifts to arrive. In general, gifts are made within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. They are then shipped via Federal Express and arrive within 3-5 days depending on your location.
Promotional items ship directly from many suppliers so arrival times may vary.
Do gift tags come “automatically” with each gift order?
Our gift tags are an unprecedented and unique addition to our gifts and they are also optional. If you wish to order gift tags there is a one-time set-up fee. We will keep your tags on file in our shop. Thereafter, your custom gift tags will be “automatically” tied on to all of your gifts. Please note that we do have some gifts and gift types that do not ever have gift tags. For these gifts your custom tags will not be attached.
Can I change the ribbon color on my gifts?
Many of our gifts already include a choice of ribbon color! These gifts provide a great opportunity for you to easily order just the gift you want. Other gifts have a single ribbon color chosen by our designers as the best-looking ribbon for the gift and for coordinating the gift within its Collection of gifts. For these gifts we are happy to change the ribbon color for you providing that we have the color and width of ribbon readily available in our inventory.
Why do you charge set-up fees for promotional items?
Unlike our apartment gifts which we make to order one-by-one in our shop, we do not make or imprint our promotional items. Instead we search for suppliers who offer the best item at the best price for the needs of our clients. These suppliers charge us set-up fees which help cover their cost of setting up the artwork and preparing, inking, and cleaning screens/plates. We simply pass that fee along. Set-up fees are a one-time charge. When you reorder the same item with the same artwork the fees are usually significantly less.
What is the turn-around time for promotional items?
On most orders you can expect delivery about 2 ½ weeks from the time of your approval of the artwork for your imprinted items to receiving your items. are slower. Turnaround time is dependent on our suppliers. We will do our best to let you know what you can expect at the time of ordering. Also, some items can be rushed. Let us know your time constraints. Additional fees may apply for a rush order.
When will I receive my proof for my promotional items?
You will receive your proof via email within 2 business days.
I do not have a logo. Can I still order an imprinted promotional gift?
Yes, we can help you! You may select a logo design and font from our many templates and our artist will design a logo for your use on promotional items free of charge. We will email/fax you up to two proofs of the design shown in context of your chosen promotional item.
