New Employee Gifts
At Can You Imagine, we practice what we preach! Furthermore, our employees know this, because we are our own customers.
When a new employee comes on board, we welcome them with a gift selected from one of our collections. It’s a gracious way to say “Welcome to the team!” but it also serves a practical business purpose. That gift, and the surprise and delight it brings to a newly hired employee, illustrates what Can You Imagine is all about. It demonstrates that we are not only selling apartment gifts to the multi-family industry, we are selling the bonding experience between a community and resident. Sure, we could lecture on the importance of touchpoints – those valuable moments to connect personally in a business relationship – but we know it’s easier to demonstrate with the simple gesture of a carefully selected and beautifully presented gift.
CEO Jeff Forman joined us early in 2020 and he, too, received a welcoming gift. In his case, it was our Cha-Cha Charcuterie from our 20th Anniversary Collection. We’re up to 25 years now, but the gifts in that collection have proven their staying power with our customers.
