Shipping and Lead Times

The just-concluded holiday season focused the eyes of the nation on delivery times. While that angst is still fresh in our minds, we thought this would be a good time to review the shipping and lead times you should build into your gift planning schedule for 2021.

Your gifts are hand-crafted in our production studio each time you place an order. As a part of the natural, handmade, and often rustic essence of our unique packaging selections, each gift may vary ever so slightly. This adds a wonderful bit of individual character and style to each gift. Thanks to FedEx, most of our shipments arrive within two to five days, so you don’t have to build a significant lead time into your schedule when ordering your gifts. Imprinted items, which range from key chains to coffee tumblers, call for a production lead time of about two weeks. Even our new line of private-label wines can be in your hands within two weeks, depending on your state!

But while efficient shipping and production practices make waiting to the last minute (or close to it) possible, you are best served by keeping a range of gifts stocked at all times. Just remember that snack-based gifts have a recommended shelf-life of six weeks from delivery. Also, we do not ship chocolate during the summer months for quality control reasons.
