Can You Imagine offers 16 distinct collections of gifts, and that’s not even counting the wine! Why so many? Part of it, of course, is simply to provide our customers with the widest selection possible. But a solid rhyme and reason stand behind each collection.

Now, maybe you’re eclectic and you like to roam across the collections when selecting gifts for your residents. That’s fine, and we understand that variety is the spice of life. But we encourage customers to consider choosing a collection to concentrate on. Each collection is designed with a cohesive look, but also with variety in mind. You’ll find something for every touchpoint within a collection – welcome gifts to set the tone for new residents, walk-away gifts to keep you top-of-mind with new prospects, something truly impressive for when the occasion calls for it.

Sticking to a single collection makes it a part of your brand. Consider when a resident receives a renewal gift from the same collection – the distinctive look will remind that resident of the welcome gift from a year before, along with any interim gifts you have shared. As you cultivate residents throughout the lease cycle, choosing a specific collection helps reinforce the message that appreciation is part of your community’s culture.

Our Signature collection is a good example. Since 2005, this stunning collection dressed with splashes of aqua has been delighting residents with gifts that combine treats, cleaning supplies, and kitchen and bath accessories. And this year we updated the collection to feature aqua and starkly contrasting black-and-white.
